1. Service Nature

Vizu is public data extraction software. The user understands that information availability depends on third-party sources.

2. Search and Credits Policy (Triple Search)

To ensure the best possible delivery, the system executes a **Triple Search Protocol**:

  • The system will attempt up to 3 times to find unique leads for your search.
  • If sufficient leads are not found after 3 attempts, delivery is considered finalized.
  • There will be NO credit refunds or chargebacks for lower volume than requested.

3. Limits and Security

Each query is limited to 50 leads to preserve system stability.

4. Disclaimer and Filter Accuracy

Vizu is not responsible for the accuracy of data from original sources or the use the client makes of it.

Regarding absence filters (e.g., 'Companies WITHOUT Website'):

  • Our system returns companies that DO NOT have that specific link registered publicly.
  • This indicates a high probability of structural lack, but it is not an absolute guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property and Credits

The Vizu brand and intelligence are exclusive property.

6. System Availability and Compensation

In cases of server downtime or bugs, compensation will be done via proportional time added to the plan.

7. Personal Use and Resale Prohibition

Extracted data is for strictly internal use by your company.

  • It is forbidden to resell or share spreadsheets in groups or forums.
  • Leak identification will result in immediate ban without refund.

8. Renewal and Credits Policy

When renewing your plan, your Leads and Searches limits are fully refreshed regardless of remaining balance. Remaining days from the current cycle are added to the new 30-day validity. Raio-X credits never expire and accumulate with each renewal.
